Performance Feedback

Pinpointing defines the results you want and the behaviors you need to get them. Measurement tells you how much of each you are getting. Once you have those two performance management elements in place, you are ready to turn that information into feedback.

The term feedback is not to be confused with general information or data. Feedback, as the term is used here, is information about performance that allows an individual to adjust his or her performance.
