You’ve probably been trying out some of the exercises and tips you’ve read in Brilliant Self Confidence. That’s great; that’s exactly what you should have been doing. The road map (in Chapter 1) steered you in that direction and encouraged you to do it. If you sit still you’ll be in danger of grinding to a halt.

Now think back to where we began. You’ll remember Sid, my neighbour: brick by brick he built his first house. He started by clearing the ground, laying the foundations and setting the cornerstones. Having read Brilliant Self Confidence, you’re now at this point in your building programme.
