The British Psychological Society’s testing website is worth looking at. It contains quite a lot of background information about tests, including a useful list of frequently asked questions. It is at www.psychtesting.org.uk.

For a substantial set of practice ability tests look at that produced by the publisher SHL at www.shl.com/shl/en-int/candidate helpline.

Information about specific tests where the title is known can sometimes be found by a Google or other search. For example, this works for the verbal reasoning test, the Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal, published by Pearson. Also, go into www.pearsonassess.com for information.
