Chapter 15 - Applying your skills to all kinds of meetings

When I first wrote Brilliant Presentation I hoped it contained some sound advice and maybe some inspiring tips. Perhaps it did, because I’ve had positive feedback from a lot of people. However, some told me there was an unanswered question. When is a presentation not a presentation? What presentational behaviour is required in a small but crucial meeting? This is my guidance on how to run a meeting of 10 or less possibly using paper as a prompt but almost certainly using no slides.
