A project is a great way to organise those tasks that are too large, too complex or just too different to be managed as part of your normal work. Project management is very versatile and can be applied to anything from endeavours taking a few days to major activities taking years.

This part considers selecting, scoping, planning, managing, delivering and benefiting from projects. It provides hints, tips and tools to deliver projects easily and successfully.
