Introduction

Scrum is a great tool but it’s just that – a tool. Very interesting to look at and check over but only comes into its own when used in anger. Like all tools, especially the best ones, the more you use it the defter and more expert you become. Practice makes perfect, which is handy because Scrum is founded on a repetitive cycle purposely designed to ensure doing the same useful tasks until they’re second nature.
