Sell the Plan

THIS IS THE third time we’ve talked about selling. That’s because selling happens at each key stage of your process. First, you sold the idea of seeking a Big Idea. Then, you sold the Big Idea. Now, you’ve got to sell the plan to enable the Big Idea. Yes, every great Big Idea needs to be sold and resold.
