Several partners work directly with Media Center to let you download movies through the Program Library in Online Media. Some may require installation, such as Kazaa or CinemaNow—if you see No Services or a similar message when you access your program library in Online Media, you do not have any partner programs installed and will need to obtain one before you can download movies.
