Author Biography

Dr Paul Temporal is a leading global expert on brand strategy and management, whose main interests lie in the fields of national and corporate branding. He has over 25 years of experience in brand consulting and training, having consulted for many governments and top corporations around the world, and is well known for his practical and results-oriented approach. Paul is an Associate Fellow at both Saïd Business School and Green Templeton College in the University of Oxford, and a Visiting Professor in Marketing at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China.

Aside from working with some of the world's top private sector brands, there are public sector organizations to which he has also been a consultant. These include APEC, ASEAN, OIC, UNCTAD, and the Governments of Brunei, Canada, China, Dubai, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Oman, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. He has also worked with many ministries, departments, statutory bodies and GLCs in these countries. In addition, he has worked with the UK Civil Service, World Bank, European Union, and three African governments.

Paul is a much sought-after speaker and has been a regular contributor at major international conferences and round-table events, such as those organized by The Economist Group, Business Week and World Islamic Economic Forum.
