Telling your story

Once someone shows interest in what you do, you will need to tell your story.

Facts tell, stories sell

Most of us find it easier to remember a story than a series of facts. We tell stories about people as a way of illustrating their character or abilities. You can also tell a story about yourself that illustrates your talents, skills and/or experience in an authentic way.

Most finance directors in the UK are accountants in dark suits, aged between 30 and 60.
