About the Authors

ANNE CHASSER was named one of the 50 most influential people in the intellectual property world by Managing Intellectual Property magazine. As the former commissioner of Trademarks for the United States Patent & Trademark Office, Chasser achieved top-level executive experience in both government and higher education administration. Chasser developed a highly profitable licensing enterprise during her tenure as director of Trademarks and Licensing for The Ohio State University. She served as president of the International Trademark Association and continues to lead intellectual property organizations worldwide. Chasser is widely recognized as a visionary thought leader in intellectual property. Chasser currently serves as associate vice president for Intellectual Property at the University of Cincinnati. She holds a BA from the University of Dayton and MA from The Ohio State University.

JENNIFER C.WOLFE is the founder of Wolfe, LPA, one of fastest growing woman owned intellectual property and corporate counsel law firms.
