InternetBeans Express was created to solve a problem with developing dynamically Web-based applications. For example, when using a servlet, it joins the presentation (HTML) and business logic (Java) within the same package. Before InternetBeans Express, when you wanted to make a change to the HTML page, you had to go into code, change the HTML, and redeploy.
