8.2. Evaluation Techniques

There are numerous techniques available to assist you in evaluating your Causes. Some of the other techniques available are Blue Slipping, Consensus Gram, Flow Charting, Gallery Walking, Histograms, Light Voting, Lotus Flower Diagrams, Radar Diagrams, Run Charts, and Scattergrams. I have tried to select several that are the most appropriate for the general field of technical project management. Even at that, you will probably not use all of them to solve any one problem. Possibly, you may not use one or more of them ever. Still, you should know what is available to you.
