Start back with the Specification and develop a Requirements Traceability Matrix (see Attachment 7) similar to Table 4-6 below. Add a column for the monitor's name.
Cover every requirement, assign monitoring responsibility for every requirement, and establish a schedule for frequent reporting from the monitor to the project leadership.
