The In-Process Review Form shown in Figure A16-1 can be used by you to document the In-Process Reviews you have conducted in-house, or it can be initiated by you and signed by your customer, or it can be initiated by your subcontractor or team mate (probably by you) and acknowledged by you for the purpose of documentation. The point is: Document the activity!
