Setting up the necessary development tools

Before we can develop/code our smart contract, we need to download and install all prerequisites. At the time of writing, the Oracle Autonomous Blockchain Cloud Service uses version 1.1 of Hyperledger Fabric as its foundation. When downloading the required software, remember that it should be compatible with that version of Fabric.
