Bloom effect

A bloom effect is common in the real-time engines used in games, and you can take advantage of such an effect in Blender as well. When you turn on this effect, you will see a glowing light from all surfaces receiving direct lights.

You can enable the effect with the small checkbox on the left of the bloom effect option, as shown in the following screenshot:

Using the intensity value, you can control the strength of your bloom.
