Shader editor for textures

How do we use the shader editor? The first thing you will want to do is create a new division in the Blender user interface for a new window. If you are using the default window arrangement, change the timeline at the bottom for a shader editor, as indicated in the following screenshot:

When you open the shader editor, you will see something entirely new! In the preceding screenshot, you will see the material used for the floor in the model we've been working on since Chapter 2, 3D Modeling and Real-Time Render in Eevee.
