Adding the textures to each 3D plane

It is now time to add the first texture in our plane. The process will require you to use the same material structure we used in the previous chapter. Select the object and add a new material with a Diffuse BSDF shader. Go to the Shader Editor and create the following nodes:

  • Input | Texture Coordinate
  • Vector | Mapping
  • Texture | Image Texture

In the Image Texture Node, you should change the type from Single Image to Movie, and choose the video file. Make sure you mark Cyclic and Auto Refresh for the texture and pick the paris.mp4 file or any other file you want.

Also, set the Frames option to 720 since it will be the full length of our project.
