You know what a memo pad is. Most people take them to meetings. Yes, you take them to those looong meetings. Bored and need to stay awake? Your memo pad is the answer. You can draw faces, doodle fanciful designs, or even write a poem, all the while pretending to listen to the blabbering of your colleagues or boss. Why do people like to call for meetings? Your BlackBerry has another handy application that saves you from having to stuff yet another gizmo in your pocket or purse: its built‐in Calculator, which we talk about in this chapter as well.

MemoPad on your BlackBerry can prove handy, indeed. If nothing else, use it to jot down important notes and ideas you might forget. How many frustrating times do we have to endure for not remembering a fleeting thought?
