Activating the Enterprise policy

  1. Under Servers and Components, expand BlackBerry Solution topology, expand BlackBerry Domain and then Component view.
  2. Click on BlackBerry Enterprise Server, and on the right hand pane select Turn on Enterprise Service Policy.

  3. It will prompt you to make sure that you want to turn the service on — click on Yes.
