Logging into the BlackBerry Administration Service

For previous users of BES this is the new BlackBerry Manager.

  1. Open a Microsoft Internet Explorer browser (must be Microsoft Internet Explorer as the site uses ActiveX controls that are only supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer).
  2. Navigate to the site name, in the format of:

    https://[FQDNserver_name]:443/webconsole/app.

    For example, https://bes5.beslocal:443/webconsole/app, where the [FQDN server_name] is the computer that hosts the BlackBerry Administration Service — the BES service.

  3. If you get a "page cannot be found error", please run through the following steps.
