Your BlackBerry comes with most of the major apps you need already installed. However, there are literally thousands of third-party apps available in virtually any category you can think of to help you get the most out of your BlackBerry.
There are apps for productivity, reference, music and fun—like lots of great games. One nice thing about the BlackBerry platform is that there are lots of ways to find and download apps beyond the official App World. (See chapter 26 on page 431 to learn about BlackBerry App World.)
