Every win is achieved from a position of power. The beauty of martial arts is that you can learn to find and generate power from sources you would never have expected. Another perk is that everyone can compete. Young and old, tall and short, thin and heavy, it doesn’t matter. Steady practitioners will always find a strength regardless of their body type or relative fitness.
