White Belt Test

Before you can move up the ranks in martial arts, you must be tested to prove that you have learned the skills taught at this level. In tae kwon do, Sensei Tabuchi tests all white belts to make sure they can recite the Martial Arts Code, can set a firm stance, and know the basics of punching and blocking.

A white belt in negotiating must know the basics as well. Here’s a test to determine what you know before moving on.
