About the author

Kung-Hao Liang is a senior bioinformatician with more than 12 years’ experience in biomedical industry and academia. He has profound experience in leading multidisciplinary bioinformatics teams. He received his Ph.D. degree in engineering from the University of Warwick in the UK in 1998. He also received postdoctoral training in Academia Sinica, Taiwan, and the Institute of Neuroscience, University of Nottingham in the UK. He was also an adjunct assistant professor in the Life Science Department of the National Taiwan Normal University.
