5.3. Training the Superintendent

Superintendent training should be relevant, focused, and to the point. A superintendent or foreman will typically not need to know how to create linked estimates, create sequencing animations, or create BIM contract language. However, the superintendent will need to know how to create in-field RFIs, improve coordination in the field, update the model, and use the BIM for punch lists and project closeout.
