7.8. Conclusion

Currently, a record BIM delivery is specific to each construction project. Although there are a number of guidelines for creating a record BIM (such as the GSA's "BIM Guide for Spatial Program Validation" and "BIM Guide Overview" and documentation from the Open Standards Consortium for Real Estate), it has been my experience that the deliverable for each project will be different.
