So, how do we begin moving forward with big learning data? To address this, let’s return to what Elliott Masie said in chapter 1: “Our hope is that you will be active learners, evidence-based experimenters, and explorers of both the opportunities and challenges that big learning data presents to the learning and knowledge world.” As a Chief Learning Officer, I believe that we should consider how we leverage the perspectives provided in this book as learners, experimenters, and explorers. We should start asking and answering some important questions on behalf of our organizations and employees about the future of big learning data.
