CHAPTER 8
Implementing the Plan
We conclude this book with a chapter that covers implementing the project plan. This is the phase in which all of our hard work in preparing the plan and obtaining funding should pay off. We will begin delivering the solutions that provide the value promised in our business case. Whether we are successful in this phase is due in part to how well we executed our methodology for success during earlier phases.
