All books owe profound thanks to their editors. For this book we thank the team at Wiley Blackwell and especially Jayne Fargnoli, whose vision elicited this book in the first place and whose patient forebearance kept the volume, somewhat surprisingly to us given the illness and other life changes that intervened, on track.
