FamilySearch.org is a nonprofit organization that has a long history of involvement in family history. This involvement has resulted in a network of thousands of volunteer family history consultants around the world. The recruiting process consisted of sending a message in a biweekly newsletter sent to all the consultants asking them to post an attached flyer (shown in Figure 9.14) in family history centers in their area. There are more than 4500 family history centers worldwide.
