RelevantView is a fully featured online system for creating and administering a wide variety of online usability studies. Our sample study of pet-supply Web sites was created using RelevantView. As shown in Figure 7.7, tasks can be presented in a small window at the top of the screen. The user navigates a prototype or live site in the main window to accomplish the task. Once the user finds the answer, he or she clicks on an “Answer” button in the toolbar, which expands the window for selecting an answer.
