7.1. Loop11

With Loop11 you can create online usability studies with multiple tasks using a live site or prototype. Various types of questions and rating scales can be interspersed with the tasks. When creating a task, you define one or more URLs for the page(s) that the participant should reach upon successful completion of the task. Loop11 will then automatically calculate and display task success rates. As shown in Figure 7.1, tasks are presented in a small toolbar area at the top of the window.
