Chapter 12. "How to" Resource Guide

Throughout the book, we refer to a number of processes that help leaders and people in communication or human resources get information, process it, and then communicate it. Our purpose in Beyond the Babble is not to provide detailed tools on how to gather information, conduct meetings, produce communication vehicles, and the like. There are already some very good books on these subjects by experts who know more about each than we do. That said, we have developed some approaches that work very well for us and are easy to implement; you may find them valuable. We offer these "how to" processes in this chapter.
