Special Dedication to Jeremy Hope
While this book was in the editing stages, Jeremy Hope was diagnosed with a severe illness. In September 2011 he passed away. Jeremy was an inspirational leader for the Beyond Budgeting Round Table and a dear friend, colleague, and mentor. He was a prolific writer who always remained open to the people and the world around him. He was a great guy to learn from, to share ideas with, and to work with on changing the way the world is led and managed.
