Better, Faster, Cheaper
We started with a look at statistics and studies that pointed out the disturbingly high defect rate in our industry and the exorbitant cost of maintaining software. Now we’ve had a chance to closely examine some new ideas, fresh approaches, and practices that can help drag us out of those doldrums. But Extreme Programming, Lean, and Scrum have been in the mix for a little while now, and many teams have at least been trying to take a new approach to leave the Waterfall world behind.
