Conclusion

This chapter has provided a general outline of the fundamental characteristics of the synergetic economic system. However, the synergetic economy will not suddenly replace the existing economy in the developing information society; rather, elements of the liberalistic economy will continue for a long time. For example, the pursuit of profits and the free prices and free markets of commodity production will not just suddenly disappear. We are referring here to a gradual shift from the present economy to a synergetic economy in the sense that the hub of the economy in the information society will be a synergetic economic system, with the trinity of contribution motive, voluntary synergy, and synergetic production with shared utilization. The new-paradigm manager, who embodies this synergistic approach, will have a particular orientation.
