The Bible is by far the most translated (and retranslated) written work. Originally written largely in Hebrew and Greek, the Bible has since been translated into just about every language, including more than 50 English-language editions. What’s interesting about the many English-language editions is how much they differ from one another. Granted, not all translators worked from the same source text, but of those who did, the resulting translations still vary widely. Did someone make a mistake along the way?
