INTRODUCING THE TALENT PIPELINE MODEL AT ECOLAB

The success of the Talent Pipeline Model at Ecolab stems back to the crisp and impactful manner in which the concept and tools were launched at the start. The Talent Pipeline was launched at a global leadership team meeting, where approximately one thousand key leaders were introduced to the Talent Pipeline in a large group session. Following the large group presentation, Ecolab leaders met in small group training sessions to learn more about the concept and the ways in which they would need to support and use it in their units. This approach was critical for Ecolab leaders to fully understand the model, embrace the concept, and internalize the potential benefits.
