Fix Blockers

A great place to start practicing stop the line behavior in a small way is to fix blocking issues that are surfaced during the daily team meeting. It is during these meetings where team members identify any blocking issues they may be encountering. It is the duty of the team to address these blockers and to try to remove them before the next daily standup. This is stop the line thinking—and it is a good place to start. What may not be baked into this practice initially is discovering the root cause of a problem and tackling it at that point instead of just addressing a symptom.
