Exploring Your Agility: A Brief, Annotated Questionnaire

Wait until you’ve read the book and then check out the following annotated questionnaire. This short exercise is meant to give you a quick “read” on whether there are some lingering waterfall tendencies that may need some breakthrough thinking.

To begin, we ask a few probing questions and have a little fun providing “agile answers” and “waterfall answers masquerading as agile answers.” After those, we ask a more serious question about what agile practices you’ve adopted that you might be willing to give up and why. Finally, we ask a few questions about particular practices and give our take on each of those practices for your consideration.
