Optimizing Your System

You’ll soon find out that Ubuntu offers great performance and relatively few stability problems, especially as compared to some other operating systems. (For instance, Linux file systems generally don’t need to be defragmented, unless you have NTFS or FAT32 partitions to take care of). But you can always make it even better.
