M – The Modeling Language

You've already seen some M code in previous chapters, but in this chapter I'll cover the structure and syntax of M in greater detail. I'll start by covering some of the basics you'll need to know in order to write and compile simple M programs. Of course, if you've read and worked through the sample code in previous chapters, you've already done some of this. I'll start off by covering the four basic constructs provided within the M syntax.
