NOT
Syntax: NOT(Logic_Value)
NOT negates logical values, so FALSE becomes TRUE and TRUE becomes FALSE, as in these examples:
=NOT(1<>1)
returns TRUE, and
=NOT(1=1)
returns FALSE.
