Summary

In this chapter we learned about using Game Kit networking to connect two devices together using either the local area network or Bluetooth. In the previous chapter, we worked with matchmaking and invitations. Between these two technologies we have completely covered all the available methods to find and connect to peers using Game Center and Game Kit technology on the iOS platform.

We also looked at some real-world examples of iOS apps that have benefited from Game Kit networking integration, and you saw how easy it was to move your app up to the next tier of quality with only a small amount of invested time.
