PAUL W. FRIELDS is an engineer with a background in digital forensics and investigation who has taught Linux to hundreds of technical and law enforcement professionals. He has been a Linux user and advocate since 1997, and spends some of his spare time working on various parts of the Fedora Project, which he joined before the release of Fedora Core 1 in 2003. He serves as one of the senior managers of the Fedora Documentation Project, packages software for inclusion in the distribution, and evangelizes Fedora and Linux to entities in both the private and public sectors.
