The Authors

Craig E. Runde, director of the Center for Conflict Dynamics at Eckerd College, oversees training and development on the Conflict Dynamics Profile assessment instrument and Becom­ing Conflict Competent course. He is a frequent speaker, writer, and commentator on workplace conflict issues. Before joining Eckerd College, he was the director of the International Center for Computer Enhanced Learning at Wake Forest University. He received his BA from Harvard University, his MLL from the University of Denver, and his JD from Duke University. He has practiced law in Colorado and has taught at the University of Minnesota Law School and Wake Forest University.
