Chapter 11. Selecting and Deleting Stocks

In Chapter 9, “Relative Price Strength Selection,” and Chapter 10, “Putting It Together,” I outlined the different uses of the relatives and gave trigger levels for buying and selling stocks. These boundaries are not written in stone. However, two aspects of investment should not be forgotten: buying and selling.

Buying

The buying decision is not necessary. You can remain with cash and not act. When you do decide to buy, you should have as much positive, tested information as possible.
