Our approach to personal branding is based on the premise that values are important. Brands have values. People have values. Most people would say they desire to live according to their values. But in our high-speed, hectic world, many people have come to feel that their values are in conflict with those of the world around them. Many, in fact, feel they are being asked—even forced—to compromise their personal values to get along with others or to be successful. “Winning is the only thing” is a common philosophy.
